Therapy for When Sex Feels Complicated
Sex therapy for neurodivergent, kink-aware Black women and femmes.
When the Thought of Intimacy Brings Panic, Not Pleasure.
If sex has felt like a performance you’re failing—or a sensory “jump-scare” you have to survive—you’re in the right place.
“Just relax” isn’t the solution—it’s a demand.
Most traditional sex therapy does not account for neurodivergent nervous systems, sensory sensitivity, or trauma responses that impact intimacy. For many clients, even basic “homework” or pressure to relax can trigger shutdown or overwhelm.
You are not being difficult. You are responding protectively.
This is a sex therapy practice for neurodivergent and kink-aware clients navigating intimacy anxiety, sensory overwhelm, shutdown responses, or relational stress.
Here, we remove performance pressure and interrupt the cycle of demands. We work with your nervous system—not against it—so you can understand what actually supports safety, desire, and connection for you.
Your autonomy is respected, and we move at the pace your system can actually hold.
Empowering You to Live & Love Freely.
I am an Atlanta-based LPC, a Black woman, and neurodivergent therapist. I provide a clinical sanctuary for complex nervous systems, specializing in the intersections of Black liberation, neurodivergence, and kink-affirming care.
I move beyond “just relax” to address the sensory friction, relational stress, and high-masking exhaustion that traditional therapy often overlooks.
Using the Sensory-Safe Intimacy Map, I help you identify your internal states before you reach shutdown—so you can move toward intimacy and connection on your own terms.
